Registration for the excursions is only possible in connection with a one-day or two day congress ticket. Excursion 1+2 will take place at the same time. There are no special discounts or Early Bird rates available. All prices include German 19% VAT.

The following general event conditions regulate the relationship between the participants and the event organisers. Contrasting and conflicting general terms and conditions and other event conditions are not valid here. Additional agreements, provisos, amendments and additions must be submitted in writing.
2.1 The scope of services includes: Participation in the lecture programme and in the workshops (with booking on 26.05.09), congress documentation, simultaneous translation (German/English), lunch, coffee breaks, gala event (with booking on 26.05.09).
2.2 The event organiser reserves the right to replace advertised speakers with others and to make necessary changes to the event programme while maintaining the general character of the event.
Participants can either register via the online form or in writing. Registration is binding and the order of the receipt of registrations is taken into consideration by the event organiser. There is a limit to the number of participants attending the lectures, workshops and excursions. Once your registration has been received you will receive confirmation of your registration and an invoice. Those registering before 28.02.2009 will receive an early booking discount of 20%. Participation in the congress and the excursions is only possible by paying the participation fee in full.
4.1 Power of Revocation
You have the right to revoke your contractual statement in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) within 14 days of receipt of confirmation of registration, without stating reasons. The revocation shall be deemed observed if the notice of revocation is sent within this period. The revocation should be sent to:

4.2. Consequences of Revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, each party shall return the benefits received to the other party and reimburse any eventual realised usage (e.g. interest gained).
Payments have to be refunded within 30 days from the dispatch of the notice of withdrawal. This period begins for you when you send your notice of revocation and for us when we receive it.
The participation fees are due within 10 days from the date of the invoice and are to be transferred in full to one of the bank accounts stated on the invoice under provision of the invoice number. All prices are gross, including any value-added tax.
6.1. Registration cancellations must be made in writing.
6.2 Registration cancellations made prior to 30th April 2009 will incur an administration fee of 50.00 euro, plus value-added tax. In the case of cancellations made after this date, no shows at the event or participants leaving the event prematurely, the full participation fee is to be paid. When prevented from attending themselves, registered participants can name a replacement participant at no extra cost. The power of revocation for consumers is not limited by this regulation.
The conference documents are protected by copyright. The reproduction, distribution or alternative use of the conference documents is only permitted with express written authorisation. Making films and taking pictures is not permitted.
8.1 The event organiser is not liable for the loss or theft of any objects that the participant brought with them to the event. The liability for damages to be settled, irrespective of legal basis, is limited to wilful intent and gross negligence. In all other respects liability is excluded unless liability is compulsory by law.
8.2 The respective event will be prepared and organised in line with the best available technology. The event organiser is not liable for any advice given or for the utilisation of acquired knowledge.
8.3 Should it not be possible to hold the event due to a force majeure or another important reason (e.g. due to a speaker being taken ill or too few participants), the participants will be informed immediately using the address provided during their registration. The event participation fee will be fully reimbursed in this case. Further requirements on the part of the participant, particularly indemnity requirements of any kind, are excluded in this case.
With your registration you confirm that you agree to your data being saved electronically and processed in line with the purpose in question. Any personal data collected through the website will only be processed and used without your permission to process your request. This data will only be used for the purposes of advertising and market research when you have given your consent. As the consent for the utilisation of your data for the purpose named above can also include passing your data on to event co-organisers and partners, your data can also be passed on to these groups. In all other respects your data will not be passed on to other third parties. Your respective consent can naturally be revoked at any time with future effect.
10.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is applicable here.
10.2 The event organiser's business location is the designated place of fulfilment. The competent court for Nürtingen has exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes, which arise either directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship.
In the event that a provision becomes or is invalid, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions. In such a case the invalid provision is to be interpreted or expanded so that the intended economic purpose of the invalid provision is achieved in a legally permissible way.
